- We arrange for the formation of your new company at Companies House and produce all the relevant documentation
- We act as your company secretary, although we do not involve ourselves in the day-to-day running of your company. We ensure that statutory meetings are minuted, and we file all the necessary documents and returns on your behalf
- We calculate salaries based on the funds you make available to us each month, and arrange payment of net salary to you, and tax and national insurance to the Collector of Taxes. We advise you on the application of the IR35 rules (if appropriate). We also produce forms P60, P35 and P11D
- We register your company for VAT if required, and advise on the flat rate scheme (FRS).
- We provide you with our own simple record-keeping system, which enables you to record your business transactions and calculate any VAT liability each quarter. We prepare your statutory accounts and calculate any corporation tax liability, and we file your accounts with HMRC and at Companies HouseCompany Formation, Company Secretarial, Variable Payroll, Vat, Accounts And Corporation Tax, Free Advice Line.
